About Grow Defined Therapy
River founded Grow Defined Therapy with the goal of providing affirmative, inclusive, and personalized therapy to clients where they feel heard, seen, and supported as they navigate some of their biggest challenges and author their lives. Grow Defined Therapy specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ clients and BIPOC clients, but we also enjoy working with clients as they navigate challenges entirely unrelated to their identities.
